We provide coverage for days or weeks when your facility is short-staffed, or expertise for cases where you may not have the onsite software or experienced personnel needed to process specific cases.

Do you provide Acquisition Support Training for client staff?

PIA offers a quality educational training program from expert staff members who have over 20 years of experience in CMR and CCTA. Upon completion, your technologist will have a comprehensive understanding of image acquisition and the basic cardiovascular capabilities of their MR and CT system. As a result of this expert training, our clients see up to an increase of 3x in scanner throughput.

Are there Image Transfer Options?

PIA receives patient studies from clients via a secure, automated DICOM gateway. Results are provided directly to the PACS or other specified DICOM destination via the same secure gateway.
Manual web transfer of image files is also available.

Can we request changes to an analysis?

Yes, PIA prides ourselves on our responsive service. We receive (and reply to) instructions, amendments, or questions via email, phone, or text—and we are available to set-up joint tele-sessions for one-on-one support.
